Debbie has been in the financial and insurance industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Lioner, she had worked at Private Client Services by Mercer Limited for 10 years. She was the Senior Vice President, Head of Operations when she left Mercer. She led a team of case managers to provide new business support and ensure smooth operations. She had also worked at HSBC Trustee (Hong Kong) Limited for 5 years and has been the member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2011.

Debbie is devoted to build a strong and professional operations platform for high-net-worth individual insurance brokerage business and is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
